Refund and Returns Policy

At Opulent Stones, we strive to provide you with high-quality products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Period: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as custom-made, personalized products, or clearance items are non-returnable and will be clearly noted during the purchasing process.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at info@opulentstoness.com or call 415-472-1613 to request a return authorization.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Shipping the Return: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Please note: We recommend keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return is processed.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: If the item is returned in a used or damaged condition, we may issue a partial refund, depending on the condition of the product.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we recommend following the return process and placing a new order. Unfortunately, we do not process direct exchanges.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective products. In your communication, please include:

  • A photo of the damaged or defective item.
  • Your order number and contact information.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@opulentstoness.com.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the item according to the terms of our return policy.
