2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the date of order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Backordered Items: If an item in your order is out of stock or backordered, we will notify you via email, and you will have the option to either wait for the item or cancel the order for a full refund.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (PST) are eligible for next-day delivery.

Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location, product availability, and external factors such as weather or shipping carrier delays.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and chosen shipping method. The total shipping fees will be displayed before you confirm your order. Free shipping may be available on select orders or promotions, which will be specified during checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the status of your shipment. You can track your order at any time through the provided link.


6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, factors beyond our control (such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or shipping carrier issues) may cause delays. 8. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue with a lost or stolen package, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you suspect an issue with delivery, please contact us immediately so we can assist in the investigation.
